The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following person who was reported missing on November 22, 2019 from within the confines of the 23 Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.

Ryan Watson
2215 1st Avenue
New York, NY 10029
It was reported to the police that the missing was last seen on November 21, 2019, at approximately 1545 hours at his residence.
He is described as a 35 year-old male, Black, who is 6’00”, 230 lbs. with brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing.
