On Friday, January 01, 2021, at approximately 0111 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 124-18 Queens Boulevard, within the confines of the 102nd Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers observed a total of three persons shot.
Victim #1, a 20-year-old male, was shot about the body. Victim #2, a 40-year-old male, was shot in the torso, arms and legs. Victim #3, a 20-year-old male, was shot in the left leg.
EMS responded to the location and transported victim #1 to NYC Health + Hospitals / Queens General, where he was pronounced deceased.
Victim #2 was transported via EMS to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, in critical condition.
Victim #3 was transported via EMS to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens, in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 19-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 1150 hours, within the confines of the 102nd Precinct.

- murder;
- assault (2 counts);
- attempted murder (2 counts);
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm (2 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
