Reign Harney, 21, Arrested For The Murder Of Tamara Sinclair, 43

On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at approximately 2236 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress within the vicinity of a Bank of America located near the corner of Pelham Parkway and White Plains Road, within the confines of the 49th Precinct in Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 43-year-old female complaining of pain to her leg and ankle, stating that she encountered three individuals who, upon initial encounter, argued with her before assaulting her and throwing her to the ground, causing the injury to her leg.

EMS responded to the location, treated and released the victim.

On Friday, February 21, 2020, at approximately 0552 hours, the victim was discovered, unconscious and unresponsive, within her residence, where she subsequently pronounced deceased by EMS.

Following proper family notification, the the deceased has been identified as follows.

Bronx, NY 10460

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 21-year-old female individual was arrested and charged on February 27, 2020.

Charges:

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
