On Saturday, August 22, 2020, at approximately 0521 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress in front of 335 E. 152 Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 25-year-old female, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

The vehicle the suspect fled following the shooting is described as a dark colored Chevy Traverse, with Pennsylvania plates, tag number unknown.
The vehicle struck an object, while attempting to flee the scene, which caused damage to its rear and right rear passenger sides.
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to the above-listed homicide.
The individual is described as a male, on the heavy side, last seen wearing all dark clothing with a hood on, white laced black sports shoes and a face mask.
A financial reward of upto $10K is offered for information, leading to an arrest of the perpetrator.
