Today, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction in the Big Tech lawsuit against Google, LLC and Sundar Pichai.

This legal motion was filed with Federal District Court Judge K. Michael Moore presiding in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. It is strategically designed to make YouTube immediately halt its censorship of President Trump’s channel, including reinstating content that has been removed or censored and giving President Trump the choice to reinstate his YouTube channel.

Since the initial filing on July 07, 2021, nearly 85,000 American people have joined President Trump in his effort to protect American’s First Amendment rights.

The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) remains committed to ensuring all censored American’s voices are heard and represented in this lawsuit. Share your Big Tech censorship story or sign up for case updates on these historic efforts at TakeOnBigTech.com.

Statement from Pam Bondi, Chairman For AFPI’s Constitutional Litigation Partnership:

“The case will present a clear set of facts that highlights how Big Tech is working with and being coerced by the Federal Government to censor and eliminate the voices of millions of Americans. By taking this action against the Defendants, President Trump and the men and women of the class will restore hope and faith in the justice system.”
