Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman who was found in front of a residential building in South Bronx.

The woman was found around 7 p.m.Sunday  in front of the co-op complex at 800 Grand Concourse in the Bronx. She was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was reported in stable condition, police said.

The woman was described as being between the ages of 65 and 75, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was found wearing a gray jacket, gray sweat pants and pink slippers.

Police have released a photo of the woman.
