Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man found in the Bronx Thursday with gunshot wounds to the head and back.

On May 8, police discovered the body of a 20 to 30-year-old white male on the rooftop of a building located at 711 Magenta Street.

EMS responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Police are hoping photos of tattoos on the victim’s body will lead to his identity.

So far there have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit NYPDCrimestoppers.com.

All calls are strictly confidential.
