The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 122nd Precinct in Staten Island.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Owen Peng
15 Coldspring Court
Staten Island, NY 10301
It was reported to the police that Owen Peng was last seen Monday, February 15, 2021, at 0815 hours, leaving his residence.
The missing is described as a 24-year-old male, Asian, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 170 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, eyeglasses and multi-color “Nike” sneakers.
