On Friday, October 19, 2012, at 1313 hours, police responded to a report of an unconscious person found inside of 3544 Broadway, located within the confines of the 30th Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, responding officers discovered the victim, a 30-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with blunt force trauma to the head.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

On October 27, 2012, at 0130 hours, the following 25-year-old male suspect was arrested in connection to the above described crime.

- robbery 1;
- criminal possession of a firearm.
Additionally, on November 15, 2012, at 1515 hours, the following 24-year-old male suspect was arrested.

Charges:
- murder 2;
- robbery (2 counts);
- burglary (2 counts).
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 40-year-old individual has been arrested and charged on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at 0006 hours, within the confines of the 30th Precinct, in regard to the above-listed incident.

- murder;
- burglary;
- attempted robbery.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
