The Bronx Council on the Arts (BCA) and the Center for Bronx Nonprofits (CBNP) are partnering to offer a webinar series dedicated to BX nonprofit organizations. In this series, led by Molly Penn of Penn Creative, participants will learn about tools and resources that will aid their organization’s crisis management.

In the spirit of resilience during a time of detrimental disruption, both BCA and CBNP seek to empower one of the best parts of the Bronx – its nonprofit sector.

Learn more about the series and Penn Creative below.

Session 4: Organizational Redesign

The fourth session is for organizations with a larger staff, that either had to do layoffs and will need to restructure on the other side of the crisis, or that want to use the crisis as an opportunity to rethink their structure entirely.

At the end of each webinar, participants will be provided with a link to an application form to apply for discounted consulting in these areas. To learn more, please visit here.
