Plaintiff, Natasha Villanueva, shall serve upon Defendant, Victor Villanueva, one of the following:
(1) a written appearance in accordance with R. 5:4-3(a); or (2) an answer to the complaint for divorce filed on July 21, 2021, published on June 10, 2022 (35 days from the first day after last date of publication).
If Defendant, Victor Villanueva, fails to answer or file a written appearance in accordance with R 5.4-3(a), judgment by default may be rendered against him for the relief demanded by Plaintiff in the complaint.
If Defendant, Victor Villanueva, is unable to obtain an attorney, he may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association by calling 732-249-5000. Defendant, Victor Villanueva, may also contact the Lawyer Referral Service of the County of Union by calling 908-353-4715.
If Defendant, Victor Villanueva, cannot afford an attorney, he may communicate with Legal Services Office of the County of Union by calling 908-354-4340.
Defendant, Victor Villanueva, shall promptly file the answer or written appearance and proof of service thereof in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Union County Courthouse, located at 2 Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07207, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
