The Court finds that the defendant’s current address is unknown and that all reasonable efforts to find her have failed. The court also finds that the defendant’s last know address was 1235 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10452.
THE COURT ORDERS that notice be given to the defendant by placing a legal notice in The Bronx Daily a newspaper circulated in the Bronx, NY area containing a true and attested copy of this Order of Notice and a statement that Automatic Court Orders have been issued in the case as required by Section 25-5 of the Connecticut Practice Book and are a part of the Complaint on file with the Court.
The notice should appear once a week for two successive weeks commencing on or before May 31, 2013 and proof of service shall be filed with this clerk, Hartford Superior Court.
