On Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 0738 hours, the following 29-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 1st Precinct in Manhattan.

NYPD Research Specialist
Charges:
- assault in the 2nd degree;
- assault in the 3rd degree;
- strangulation in tbe 2nd degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
