Nazeem Francis, 21, 3rd Arrested For The Murder Of Christopher Pierce, 34

On Monday, September 03, 2018,at approximately 2124 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot opposite 124 Eames Place, within the confines of the 50th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 34-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the upper torso.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 20- and 19-year-old individuals were arrested and charged on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 1400 hours, within the confines of the 50th Precinct.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 21-year-old male individual was arrested and charged on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 1500 hours, within the confines of the 50th Precinct.

The investigation remains ongoing.
