It was not the surprise he thought he was going to get.
Two masked men pushed a 61-year-old man into his Bronx apartment and demanded his money on Saturday.
The goons then ran further into his Baychester apartment and interrupted a surprise party being thrown for him. They grabbed his house keys and ran off, sources said.
The scary incident was one of five home invasion robberies across the city on Saturday and Sunday, police sources said. Two others were in Bronx and two were in Brooklyn.
Police were still searching for suspects Monday.
