Police arrested a man Tuesday who they say they shot at during a car chase in Bronx.
Jason Henry, 39, faces more than 15 charges, including reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
Police say they pulled Henry over near Morris Park Avenue and White Plains Road Tuesday afternoon, but they say he sped off as officers approached the vehicle.
Henry allegedly drove the car up onto the sidewalk a few streets away, but as police approached again, he allegedly sped toward them.
That is when police say they shot at the car.
Police say Henry drove off again but crashed into a telephone police a few blocks away, and that’s where police say they arrested him.
Police say they found 100 oxycodone pills inside his vehicle.
