Man Stole Laptops, iPhone From Fordham Manor Building

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man who stole electronics from a commercial building in Fordham Manor.

Officials say the incident occurred just before midnight on Thursday.

They say a man broke into the building located on the Grand Concourse between East 192nd Street and Fordham Road.

Once inside, officials say he stole two laptops and an iPhone before fleeing the scene.

Police describe that suspect as a Hispanic man, last seen dressed in all black and wearing a face mask.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers’ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
