Man Shot To Death In Bronx

Authorities said a man was shot and killed in the Bronx early Sunday morning.

The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. at 1240 Morrison Avenue in the Soundview section of Bronx.

Police said the unidentified 29-year-old man was shot in the chest and buttocks.

EMS rushed the man to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police said they have made no arrests and are continuing to investigate the shooting.
