A man was found seriously hurt on the 6 train tracks in Bronx Friday evening, officials said.

Emergency responders pulled the man from the tracks at the Parkchester Avenue station, at Westchester Avenue and Hugh J. Grant Circle, about 8:45 p.m., the FDNY said.

The man was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in serious condition, the FDNY said.

It was not immediately clear how the man wound up on the tracks and whether he was hit by a train.
