On February 06, 2021, at approximately 1908 hours, police responded to a male shot at Westchester Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard, within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 22-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Jacobi Hospital, where he was later pronounced.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 35-year-old male individual was arrested on March 11, 2021, at 1530 hours.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
