On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at approximately 0617 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided infant inside of 3642 Holland Avenue, Apt. 8, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 1-month-old male infant, unconscious and unresponsive, within the apartment.
EMS responded to the location and transported the aided child to Montefiore North Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

There are no arrests made as of this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
