Jesuit homosexualist, Fr. James Martin, attends the rededication of a historic Bronx parish with N.Y. Archbishop and Cdl. Timothy Dolan, while a parishioner is “stunned.”

Dolan presided over the September 2 rededication of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel (OLMC) — a historic Italian immigrant parish in Bronx. The parish, headed by Fr. Jonathan Morris, who is also a Fox New contributor, had been under extensive renovation for the last five years and was rededicated on Saturday.

A Church Militant supporter and parishioner disclosed he was “stunned” to see Martin present at the ceremony. The witness added, “He has no business being at OLMC, a traditional Italian parish, alongside the cardinal no less!”

Martin is an infamous supporter of LGBT ideology, which is contrary to Catholic Church teaching, He has also received the Bridge Builder Award from dissident, pro-LGBT group New Ways Ministries.

He has been a massive supporter of homosexuality, claiming that God created them that way. He goes so far as to claim the Church’s labeling of homosexual acts as “objectively disordered” is “deeply offensive.”

On August 29, Martin was disinvited from speaking at the October 20 gala for the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre after a great outcry from faithful Catholic members of the order.

Cardinal Robert Sarah recently rebuked Martin, commenting, “Those who speak on behalf of the Church must be faithful to the unchanging teachings of Christ.”

“He added homosexual acts are “gravely sinful and tremendously harmful to the well-being of those who partake in them,” adding, “People who identify as members of the LGBT community are owed this truth in charity.”

Morris has been the face of the Catholic Church to Fox News who features him or Martin whenever the network wants to address a matter touching on Catholicism.

After so-called, same-sex marriage was legalized by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2015, Morris was asked about whether a Catholic should participate in gay marriages. He commented, “We live in a changing world,” and went on to say, “When we’re in a diverse world, we have to figure out a way to be faithful to our conscience without completely blocking ourselves off from the rest of society.”

He said nothing, however, about the fact a Catholic must conform his conscience to Catholic moral teaching.

Morris has not responded to Church Militant for a comment.
