On Monday, January 25, 2021, at approximately 1700 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided female at 600 E. 137th Street (Mill Brook Houses), within the confines of the 40th Precinct / PSA 7 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 37-year-old female, unconscious and unresponsive, laying in the bathroom of an apartment at the location.
EMS responded and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
600 E. 137th Street
Bronx, NY 10454
The above-listed incident has been deemed a homicide on June 11, 2021.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
