The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the following person, who was reported missing, from within the confines of the 114th Precinct in Queens.

Details are as follows:

Missing:

Jeremiah Perez
41-16 Vernon Boulevard
Queens, NY 11101

It was reported to police that Jeremiah Perez was last seen on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at approximately 1300 hours, leaving his residence.

The missing is described as a 17-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 6’00” tall, weighing 300 lbs., with a heavy build, light complexion, black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black FILA sweatshirt, black sweat pants and black and red sneakers.
