The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 71st Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

James Borden
916 Carroll Street
Brooklyn, NY 11225
The person was last seen on Monday, December 06, 2021, inside of the Franklin Avenue subway station, at approximately 1900 hours.
He was reported missing on Tuesday, December 07, 2021 at 2120 hours.
The missing is described as an 85-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’04” tall, weighing 130 lbs., with brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a green shirt, green pants and a black hat
