On Monday, January 13, 2020, at approximately 0857 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unresponsive female inside of 765 Courtlandt Avenue, Apt. #4F (Jackson Houses), within confines of the 40 Precinct (PSA #7) in Bronx.
Upon arrival, responding officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 29-year-old female within a bedroom.
EMS also responded to the scene and pronounced the aided female deceased at the scene.
EMS also removed a 63-year-old female (mother of the aided) to Saint Barnabas Hospital for evaluation.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
