To advance its mission to improve the health of local residents and address healthcare disparities, Bronx Health REACH continues to create community-based healthcare partnerships.

During “Innovative Community-Clinical Partnerships: Reducing Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities,” a November 16, 2017 webinar at 1:30 p.m. Eastern, Bronx Health REACH will share the details behind its innovative partnerships with area faith-based programs, bodegas, restaurants, schools, clinics and local art groups and how these partnerships promote the health and well being of area residents.

Following the 45-minute live webcast, this Healthcare Intelligence Network program will be available in on-demand and recorded formats for educational and training purposes.
