The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 20th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

Homer Moreno
43 W. 61st Street, Apt. 20M
Manhattan, NY 10023

The missing was last seen entering a yellow cab in front of his residence at 1400 hours on Monday, February 08, 2021.

The missing is described as a 69-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 190 lbs., with a heavy build.

He has gray hair and was wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants and black sneakers. He was carrying a folding walker.
