The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at approximately 2400 hours, EMS encountered the non-verbal and unidentified female individual in the vicinity of 135th Street and Lenox Avenue, within the confines of the 32 Precinct in Manhattan.

The aided female was subsequently removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem for treatment and evaluation.

She is unable to provide a name or contact information.
