The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at approximately 0519 hours, EMS encountered the individual in front of 101 Belmont Avenue in the confines of the 73rd precinct in Brooklyn.

The unidentified female was intoxicated and subsequently removed to Brookdale Hospital for treatment. The individual went into cardiac arrest while at the hospital and lost consciousness.

She did not provide a name or contact information prior to the deterioration of her health.

The individual is described as a female, Black, approximately 50 to 60 years old, weighing 200 lbs., with short black and pepper hair.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
