The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male in the attached photo who is wanted for questioning in connection to a stalking/endangering the welfare of a child pattern within the confines of the 1st Precinct/Transit District 20 and the 46th Precinct in Bronx / Transit District 11 in Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

Incident #1 (1st Pct/TD 2): On Wednesday, September 25, 2019, between approximately 0730 and 0900 hours, an unidentified male approached the 14-year-old female victim in the vicinity of the Bowling Green subway station. The male followed the 14-year-old victim to the vicinity of Trinity Place while engaging her in conversation. The individual made several advances toward her, and gave the victim $20 dollars. The male fled from the vicinity of Trinity Place in an unknown direction.

Incident #2 (46th Pct/TD 11): On Thursday, September 26, 2019, between approximately 0730 and 0900 hours the unidentified male followed the same 14-year-old female victim onto a southbound “4” train inside of the Burnside Avenue subway station. The male remained on the same subway car as the victim for three southbound subway stops. At the 170 Street subway station, the 14-year-old female victim saw a group of friends and fled to them, at which point the male fled the train on foot in an unknown direction.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, Hispanic, 40’s, medium build, approximately 5’5″.
