The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photographs, who are wanted in connection to an attempted robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, October 04, 2020, at approximately 1540 hours, inside of a residential building in the vicinity of W. 190th Street and University Avenue, one of the individuals, armed with a handgun, knocked on the 32-year-old female victim’s apartment door and then kicked it in when she opened it.

Both individuals forced their way inside the apartment and demanded money.

Both of the individuals ran out of the apartment when the victim yelled out for help. The males fled the building empty handed in an unknown direction.

The first individual is a male, Hispanic, approximately 6’0″ tall, with eye glasses; last seen wearing a black and red baseball cap, a black mask over his face, a red hooded sweater, blue jeans and white sneakers.

The second individual is a male, Hispanic, approximately 6’0″ tall, last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a dark colored mask over his face, a gray sweater, blue jeans and black and white sneakers.
