The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males, who are seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, and are sought in connection with an attempted robbery, which took place within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 1140 hours, in front of 951 Hoe Avenue, two unidentified males approached the victim, a 45-year-old male. The unidentified males punched the victim and removed his cellphone, however, the victim subsequently recovered it.

The victim refused medical attention.

The unidentified males fled on foot westbound on Aldus Street.

Unidentified Male 1: male, 20-30 years old with braided hair, wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.

Unidentified Male 2: male between 18-25 years old, wearing a purple t-shirt, black shorts, black and white sneakers

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspects are attached and available at DCPI.
