The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph, and two (2) additional unidentified males, not pictured, who are sought in connection with an assault (non-fatal shooting), which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 0355 hours, in the vicinity of W. 170th Street and Edward L Grant Highway, a dispute ensued among members of a large group.

Unidentified Male #1 (pictured) and two (2) additional unidentified males produced handguns and began shooting multiple rounds.

The victim, a 26-year-old male, was struck one time in his right thigh.

Unidentified Male #1 fled on foot.

The other unidentified males fled in a SUV.

EMS transported the victim in stable condition to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln.
