Help Identify An Assault Trio

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the three individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who are wanted in connection to an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at approximately 1457 hours, in the vicinity of E. 223rd Street and Carpenter Avenue, a 17-year-old male victim was walking outside, when he was approached by three unknown individuals.

One of the individuals displayed and discharged a firearm multiple times towards the victim.

The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the back.

EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi in critical but stable condition.

The three individuals fled in different directions to parts unknown on foot.

The individual, who discharged the firearm, is described as a male, Black, with a thin build.

He was last seen wearing a black coat, a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white sneakers.

A surveillance video clip of the suspects is attached and available at DCPI.
