The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photograhphs and wanted for questioning in connection to an assault within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to the police.

On Thursday, March 05, 2020, at approximately 1200 hours, inside of a northbound MTA BX 21 bus, approaching the 158th Street and 3rd Avenue stop, the male grabbed the 76-year-old male victim by the neck and threw him to the floor. The male proceeded to punch the victim in the face multiple times before fleeing the bus at the 158th Street and 3rd Avenue stop.

The victim was removed by EMS to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln where he was treated for a broken nose and lacerations to the face.
