The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the unidentified male depicted in the attached photographs who is wanted in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in Bronx.

The details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on January 31, 2020, at approximately 0225 hours, the unidentified male approached the 65-year-old male victim while standing in vicinity of Clinton Avenue and E. 169th Street. The unidentified male then slashed the victim across the left side of his face with an unknown object before fleeing.

The victim was taken to an area hospital where he received stiches for his wounds and released.

The unidentified male is described as being in his 20’s and was last seen wearing a black jacket with brown fur, grey sweatpants, black sneakers and a black hooded sweatshirt.
