The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within confines 44th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at approximately 0138 hours, a 36-year-old male victim was inside 1225 Webster Avenue (Webster Gourmet Deli) when he became involved in a dispute buy ambien from us with the deli employee. The employee proceeded to come from behind the counter and stab the victim in the left bicep and forearm.

The store employee fled the location and the victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, Hispanic, in his fifties, partially bald, 5’8” and last seen wearing white shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
