The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to an assault, that occurred in transit within the confines of the 46th Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday September 19, 2021, at approximately 2040 hours, inside of a northbound D train, the 33-year-old male victim accidently made contact with the individual as a he sat down next to him.

The individual became irate and stabbed the victim once in the buttocks.

The individual walked off the train at the 174th Street station and fled to the street.

The victim was treated at and released from St. Barnabas Hospital.

The individual is described as an adult male, 25 to 35 years of age, Black, approximately 6’01” tall, with a slim build, and blond highlighted dreads.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, light blue jeans, and multi-colored sneakers.
