The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, September 13, 2021, at approximately 0355 hours, in front of 1355 Oak Point Avenue, the individual fired several shots at the 17-year-old male victim.

The victim suffered gunshot wounds to his left leg and left hand. He was treated at and released from NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi.

The individual fled the scene on a dirt bike northbound on Whittier Street.

The individual is described as an adult male, Hispanic, approximately 5’08” to 5’09” tall.

He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a red hooded sweater, and blue jeans.
