The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is sought in connection with an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at approximately 0355 hours, an unidentified male engaged in a verbal dispute with a bouncer outside of a club, located at 1324 Jerome Avenue.

The unidentified male displayed a firearm and discharged it multiple times, striking three innocent bystanders inside of the club, a 30-year-old male victim in the arm, a 32-year-old female in the arm, and an unidentified male victim sustained a graze wound to the arm but fled the scene.

The unidentified male, who discharged the firearm, then fled on foot into the 167th Street / Grand Concourse subway station.

The 30-year-old male victim and the 32-year-old female victim were transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
