The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 1140 hours, in front of a residential building in the vicinity of Boston Road and E. 166th Street, the individual pushed the 73-year-old male victim to the pavement then punched and kicked him following a dispute.
The individual fled the scene on foot westbound on E. 166th Street.

The individual is described as a male, Black, in his 50s, approximately 6’0″ tall; last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, a red hooded sweater, blue jeans and sneakers.
