The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting), that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to police.

On Monday, December 28, 2020, at approximately 0455 hours, an unidentified male individual did fire one gunshot toward another individual while in front of 1 West Fordham Road after a verbal dispute.

A 28-year-old male victim was struck in the lower torso during the incident.

The individual fled on foot, northbound on Jerome Avenue.

The victim was removed by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition.

The individual is described as a male, Black approximately 22-27 years old, 5’9″ tall, weighing 160 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
