The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting), that occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to police.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at approximately 1815 hours, an unidentified individual did fire one gunshot toward another individual while opposite of 851 E. 163rd Street after a verbal dispute. A 31-year-old male victim was struck in the right leg during the incident.

The individual fled on foot, southbound on Prospect Avenue.

The victim was removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in critical condition.

The individual is described as a dark-skinned male, approximately 29 years of age, 5’10” tall, weighing 160 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, red sweatpants, black jacket, dark colored sneakers and a dark blue baseball cap.
