The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following unknown male individual, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Monday, August 31, 2020, at approximately 1455 hours, in front of 2071 Walton Avenue, two victims, a 28-year-old male and a 31-year-old male were walking at the location when an unknown male approached, brandished a firearm and began to shoot at the two victims at close range.

The 28-year old male was shot in the right arm and right leg, the 31-year old male was shot once in the chest.

The male individual then fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.

EMS responded and transported both victims to St. Barnabas hospital in serious but stable condition.

The individual being sought for this incident is described as a male, Black, with skin discoloration, 20-30 years in age.
