The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, that occurred within the confines of 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to police.
On Friday, July 17, 2020 at approximately 2019 hours, in front of 300 Morris Avenue, a 56-year-old male was engaged in a verbal dispute with the male suspect, when the suspect punched the victim in the face, causing the victim to hit his head on the ground.
The victim was removed to Lincoln Hospital and remains in critical condition with swelling and bleeding of his brain.
