The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the following individuals, two of whom are depicted in the attached surveillance forensic sketches and are wanted in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting), that occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 09, 2020, at approximately 0454 hours, a 46-year-old male and his 18-year-old daughter were in front of 1241 Viele Avenue, when a dispute ensued between two unknown groups.

Three unidentified males exited a gray Nissan four-door sedan, with one individual displaying a firearm and firing six shots, before fleeing the location.

The 18-year-old female victim sustained a gunshot wound to her leg. The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln via private means, where she was treated and released.

There were no other injuries reported.

A fourth individual was observed displaying a firearm at the location as well.

The individuals are described as follows:

Individual #1: (fired weapon) male, wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, a dark baseball cap and white sneakers.

Individual #2: male, last seen wearing a black t-shirt and yellow ski mask.

Individual #3: male, last seen wearing white tank top.

Individual #4: male, last seen wearing white t-shirt, long pants, white sneakers, and a motorcycle helmet.

Vehicle: Nissan, four-door sedan, grey with black bumpers.
