The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached surveillance photos wanted for questioning in connection with an assault within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 1820 hours, in the vicinity 300 E. 143rd Street, a 16-year-old male victim was walking at the location when he was approached by two unidentified males in possession of firearms who shot at the victim. The victim, subsequently sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported by EMS to Lincoln Hospital in critical but stable condition. The two males fled on foot towards Morris Avenue.
The persons wanted for questioning are described as male Hispanics, in their late teens or early twenties; last seen wearing all dark clothing.
