The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the males in the attached photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to an assault of an MTA employee within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Monday, March 02, 2020, at approximately 1330 hours, on the corner of Boyton Avenue and Westchester Avenue, a 54-year-old male MTA bus operator exited a Bx 27 bus to on a check on the condition of a school bus blocking his path. While doing so, two unidentified males engaged the bus operator and proceeded to punch him multiple times before fleeing in unknown direction.

The males fled in unknown direction.

The victim sustained swelling to the right eye, forehead and bruising to his knee.

EMS responded and transported the victim to Westchester Square Hospital in stable condition.
