The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted for questioning in connection to an incident of animal cruelty within the confines of the 48th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows:
It has been reported to police that on Monday, September 17, 2018 at approximately 12:26 p.m., at the intersection of 182nd Street and Belmont Avenue, an unidentified individual was observed dragging a female beagle puppy from the rear of a white Lincoln Mark LT pickup truck (2006-2008 model), and later throwing the puppy onto the street. The female beagle puppy suffered a serious physical head injury and was treated by a veterinarian. The unidentified individual fled the location in unknown direction.
The individual is described as a male, White; last seen wearing a blue shirt and dark pants.
